Money and the Law go hand-in-hand. 

Well, they certainly do if you’re having money trouble. 

And when people are having money trouble, they quite often might have legal trouble.  Bankruptcy is a common example of this.  As are foreclosure, loan modifications (although technically, the California State Bar frowns upon attorneys that handle loan mods), collections, estate planning and consumer law. 

This blog is a compilation of legal issues touching on finance.  It’s not a “how to” website, although some articles inevitably do discuss problem solving.   This blog also contains anecdotes and commentary involving the law and teh practice of law in these areas. 

It’s really just meant to be informative and fun reading.
